Great chance to learn the game at day camp.

 

June 9, 2015 - Prince George's County is presently the DMV's greatest producer of basketball talent, with kids who grew up there going to colleges throughout the nation. Some even have become professionals at all ranks of play for pay ball.

This summer, one of the county's top high school programs, Wise, is hosting a basketball camp, the Faith Not By Sight Puma Basketball Camp. Particulars follow:

June 29 - July 3
July 13 - 17
July 20 - 24
July 27 - 31

Coach Rob Garner, after leading his Wise HS team to a Maryland State Championship two seasons ago.

Cost -
$120 per week
$100 for early bird registration (every Saturday 10-1, Wise HS gym)
$20 before care
$20 after care

Boys aged 7-14 will enjoy "Skill development, games, daily competitions and guest speakers" shared Wise head coach Rob Garner of what the camp offers attendees. He also indicated " Skills, drills and fun" can be expected of the camp, one brought about because "Faith without work is dead".
