"The past two weeks have been very busy. I finished finals, rounding out my sophomore year pretty strongly.

Jelani Williams, slamming during this weekend's Univ. of Maryland Team Camp.

"I'm excited for my junior year. I have been working hard every day in the gym, weight room, and on the track with my high school coach, Eric Singletary. This summer, we are focusing on improving my game as a whole, but especially in a few areas in particular. For example, this summer I have been working on my handle, passing, body, jump shot, agility, and flexibility, to make myself stronger in those areas while improving on my game as whole. By the end of the summer, I hope to move closer to being a complete point guard.

'Summer practices and workouts with my high school has been really good. We have gotten a lot of young guys in the gym ready to work along with the varsity guys, and I think we are ready to take the next step into becoming a really strong program again, like it was when guys like Josh Hart and Jamal Lewis were here before me. We will be a team to watch out for in the coming years".
