Come help foster care and enjoy hoops.
May 8, 2012 - Sometimes basketball is used for more than simply sport, it can aid causes greater than the actual sport. Bo's Basketball Bonanza is just such a utilization of roundball. Designed to support the effort of child foster care, Basketball Bonanza, a hoops event held Saturday, May 12th, to commemorate Eusibio 'Bo' McCoy; a former foster child, McCoy was killed in 2009 via motorcycle accident. His foster family, the Deberry's have designed Bo's Basketball Bonanza to "carryout his dream of establishing an organization that would provide programs in foster care in the metropolitan area", according to the family's patriarch, Dale.
